Luxembourg Secretary of State Visits Chicago to discuss their role as European Union's Capitol of Culture. There was a breakfast reception and presentation held at the Chicago Cultural Center. Peggy Parfenoff, Executive Director of the International Visitors Center of Chicago, extended the invitation to Catherine McQueen, Executive Director of Commerce Connections.TV and Christel Allen, Director of WUPC-TV4  .

Mme. Octavie Moderat, Secretary of State for Culture, Higher Education and Research, Luxembourg & Mr. Robert Garcia, Coordinator General, were very gracious and extremely informative with plans detailing cultural events throughout this region.
